Information collected automatically

How we use information
- To provide inventory tracking, search, sync, QR labels, photo/document storage and voice lookup features.
- To secure accounts, detect misuse and troubleshoot issues.
- To manage plans, limits, subscriptions and customer support.
- To improve the service and understand feature usage.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may use trusted service providers for hosting, storage, app-store subscriptions, email, analytics, crash reporting or support. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and its users.
Voice assistants
Voice assistant lookup is optional and controlled by account settings. Sensitive categories, private items and private locations can be hidden from spoken responses. Voice tokens are scoped to voice lookup only.
Retention and deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated inventory data. Some records may be retained where required for legal, billing, tax, security or fraud-prevention reasons. See Account deletion.
