Delete your ThingyTracker account
You can delete your ThingyTracker account and associated inventory data at any time.
How deletion works
Open Settings in the ThingyTracker app or customer website and choose Delete account. Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion after a 7-day safety window.
We will email you the deletion deadline. If deletion was a mistake, sign in before that date and we will automatically cancel deletion and keep your account.

Email us from the email address linked to your ThingyTracker account and include the words "Delete my ThingyTracker account".

- Your customer account profile.
- Your item, location, property, category, loan and movement records.
- Uploaded item photos and documents where they are stored by ThingyTracker.
- Voice assistant links and related lookup settings.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained for a limited time where required for security, fraud prevention, legal, tax, billing or backup reasons. Retained records are kept only for as long as needed for those purposes.
Subscriptions
If you subscribed through Apple App Store or Google Play, deleting your ThingyTracker account may not automatically cancel the store-managed subscription. You should also cancel the subscription through the relevant app store account settings.
Processing time
In-app and customer-site deletion is automatic after the 7-day safety window. Support-assisted deletion may take longer if we need to verify account ownership.
